Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone who desires. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy. Level 1 Reiki allows you to bring healing energy to yourself, family, friends and animals. It feels loving and comforting. And it is easy to do!
